Custom NWN portraits
Auldwyn supports custom Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition portraits through its own Google Drive and Steam Workshop pipeline, designed and managed by IronWaffle. Submit a picture, and it can become your character's portrait in game.
The pack
The Auldwyn Player Portrait Pack
Submitted portraits are published in the Auldwyn Player Portrait Pack on the Steam Workshop. IronWaffle is the sole contributor to the pack.
Every portrait that has been submitted is kept in the Auldwyn Official Portrait Pack Database. That link always points to the official database, even if it moves away from Google Drive.

Submitting
Add your own portrait with an NWN portrait maker

Find the picture you want to use in game. It must follow the content rules below.

Convert it with the Neverwinter Nights Portrait Conversion website, a free NWN portrait maker and converter, into a .zip containing all five portrait sizes: H, L, M, S and T. You can also make the files yourself in another way.

If you rename the files, use no spaces or special characters, and keep the name to 16 characters or fewer, not counting .tga.

Post the .zip in the #portraits channel on the Auldwyn Discord.
As soon as you post, an automated process starts and the Auldwyn DM team is asked to review your portrait. Once they approve it, it is usable in game straight away.
In game
Change your portrait in game
Once your portrait is approved, you can switch to it at any time from the Player Panel.

Right-click the Player Utility Token in your inventory and choose Use: Unique Power Self Only.

In the Player Panel that opens, choose Change Portrait.

Browse the portraits with the < and > buttons until you find yours.

Click Use This.
Rules
Content rules
Auldwyn is PG-13. The server does not use Discord's age verification, so NSFW and sexually graphic portraits are not allowed and will be rejected.
Portraits should also fit the official lore of Auldwyn, and one that doesn't may be rejected. If that happens, a DM may contact you about it, or you can contact the team directly with any concerns.

Can't find your portrait?
All original portraits are saved and archived. If your .zip isn't showing in the database, message IronWaffle in #portraits with the .tga name you used, and a .zip will be made for you.
